In 2012 the Shaping our Future Economic Futures Report was finalised and presented to the Queenstown Lakes District Council. The key recommendation was for funding to further investigate a model for an Economic Futures Agency (EFA). This funding was forthcoming and in 2014 the Martin Jenkins Report was presented to the public for feedback.
