Gibbston Community Visioning Report

This report summarises community insights gathered in response to the proposed Gibbston
Village development and fast-track consenting process.

The Gibbston community holds diverse views on the proposed development. While there is recognition of the need for housing and opportunity, there is an overriding mistrust in the fast-track consenting process; which coupled with concerns about the long-term impacts on Gibbston’s character and environment.
