Nomination Form for Board Members 2022
The Shaping Our Future Board is responsible for administering and managing the Incorporated Society and ensuring its purposes are carried out according to its rules. (Refer Society Rules).
The Board consists of three Officers (Chair/President, Secretary, Treasurer) and a minimum of three Members in addition to the Officers.
Nominees and Nominators must be members of Shaping Our Future Inc.
Notes:
- Nominee, Nominator and Seconder must all be registered members of Shaping Our Future Inc.
- Nominations must be lodged with the Shaping Our Future executive by 5pm Wednesday 23 November 2022
- Your nomination form must be accompanied by a brief biography (approx. 150 words) and photo.
- Nominees may be required to give a two-minute presentation at the Annual General Meeting prior to voting.
